Bridget Harrison, PhD, HSPP, BCBA-D
Clinical Director, Owner
Bridget Harrison, PhD, HSPP, BCBA-D is the Clinical Director and owner of Innovations In Learning. Dr. Harrison started Innovations in 2005 with the goal of providing quality behavior services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities in Northwest Indiana. She completed her undergraduate work at University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois and graduated with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She continued her graduate studies at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois and graduated with her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology in 1998. Her doctoral research was in the area of parent-child interactions and she has devoted a good portion of her clinical work to the treatment of children. Dr. Harrison has worked in the field of Intellectual Disabilities since 1988. She has provided multiple levels of intervention including, direct care, behavior consulting, skills training, family therapy, individual and group therapy. Dr. Harrison invests much of her time in assisting Indiana in setting standards for professionals and developing policies. She was the first President of the Hoosier Association of Behavior Analysis and continues to be an active member in the association. She is the chair of HABA’s Public Policy Sub-committee and was also a member of HABA’s Licensure Sub-committee, she has advocated with OMPP for funding for ABA services and she is a member of a state-wide interdisciplinary ABA work group headed by Dr. Cathy Pratt. Dr. Harrison was awarded the Small Business Owner of the Year award by the SBCA in 2010 and she was nominated as an Influential Woman in Northwest Indiana in 2017. Dr. Harrison is married with five children and one grand-child. In her free-time she enjoys cooking for her family, gardening and traveling.
Tysha Rivich, LMHC, BCBA
ABA Clinic, Director
Tysha Rivich, LMHC, BCBA is the Director of ABA services. She joined as a team member in 2005 when she started as an intern. She attended Purdue Northwest University for her Bachelor degree and completed her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University Northwest in 2006. She completed her coursework and earned her Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst in 2012 Tysha has over 20 years of experience in the social service field. As the Director of ABA services, Tysha supervises the ABA clinic overseeing the intensive ABA programs for children with Autism. She manages the training of new team members and interns. Tysha is an advocate for people with disabilities and their families and feels privileged to continue her work in this field with a company that provides such amazing services. Tysha is married and has one child. In her free time, Tysha loves spending time with her family and traveling.
Leticia Macias, LMHC, BCBA
Director of Behavior Management
Leticia Macias-Oller, LMHC, BCBA is the Director of the Behavior Management Services Program. She joined the Innovations team in April 2008. She graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a double-major in Psychology and Sociology and a minor in Spanish in May 2002. She earned her Master’s Degree with Distinction in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University in May 2006. Leticia completed her BCBA coursework at Florida Institute of Technology and earned her certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in Nov 2019. Leticia has 14+ years’ experience in the social services field. She is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently. Leticia is married and has 1 child. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, cooking and baking, and traveling.
Susan Blahunka
Director of Operations
Susan Blahunka is the Director of Operations. She joined the Innovations team in 2007. Susan supervises the administration and billing departments. She brings a wealth of skills and experience to Innovations and has established her place as ‘the go to’ person for the organization. Susan is married and has three children. In her free-time Susan enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and woodworking.
Alisa Manzo, BA
Director of Human Resources
Alisa Manzo, BA, is the Director of Human Resources. Alisa joined the Innovations team in 2017. She graduated from Purdue University in 2000 with her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. After she earned her degree, she continued her education by earning a Certificate in Personnel and Human Resources from Purdue University, in 2001. She has experience with victim advocacy, social services, management, administration, and HR/Personnel. Alisa is lifetime resident of the NWI region, and currently resides in Crown Point, IN. She is happily married to Gerard Manzo, CIO of Union Township School Corporation. Alisa enjoys spending time with her family, including her son Christian. She enjoys traveling, her BUNCO friends, watching her son play baseball, and the Chicago Cubs.
Jennifer A. Ferrara, LMHC, BCBA
Director of Outpatient Services
Jennifer A. Ferrara, LMHC, BCBA, joined the Innovations’ team in January 2010. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne in 1999. After working several years in the field, Jennifer went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Purdue Calumet in 2004 and received a certificate in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2014. Jennifer is now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the social services field, working with children and adults diagnosed with Autism, behavioral disorders and other mental health issues. Jennifer oversees the Outpatient Department while continuing to provide therapy services. Jennifer is also involved in special projects to assist Innovations’ in maintaining quality services. Jennifer is married and has two children. She is active in her children’s activities and enjoys arts and crafts, reading and camping in her free time.
